Tis’ the season! Visit Gahanna during the holidays to experience holiday lights in Creekside Park - with thousands of lights decorating our beautiful walking trail. Sip on a winter cocktail on our herbal cocktail trail - to be released December 1st. Experience community wide events, centered around festive themes - bringing out your holiday spirit.

 

Holiday Lights Celebration Presented by Nth Degree - 11/19

Gahanna's unforgettable annual Holiday Lights Celebration promises one magical afternoon of free family fun for all ages! Held in the beautiful Creekside District, the event will feature family-friendly activities and attractions, food trucks and vendors, a holiday stage with live entertainment, the tree lighting, and Santa arriving by firetruck.

The Santa Race 5K - 12/2

The Santa Race 5K & Little Reindeer Dash presented by Amy Paul Realtor e-Merge Premium returns December 2nd, 2023 at Creekside. Right in downtown Gahanna, the Santa Race 5K Walk/Run is a fun event to celebrate the holidays. All registered participants receive a Santa Themed Long Sleeve Shirt, Themed Santa Hat, Custom Santa Finishers Medal & free event photos! Tickets are now available!

A Victorian Christmas - 12/2

Join the Historical Society for the second annual Victorian Christmas event! This year will feature: Victorian Santa in the Log House, old fashioned crafts & tours in the John Clark House, parlor games, mulled cider & gingerbread in the Lily Stone B & B. $5 donation recommended per attendee.

Holiday Hoopla - 12/9

The Holiday Hoopla is a Handmade art and craft vendor event developed to help the GLHS Community Art class raise funds for their projects and events. The Holiday Hoopla is their biggest fundraiser of the year, and will be a great way to purchase holiday gifts.

The Polar Express Experience - 12/9

Get in the Holiday Spirit with The Polar Express, movie experience! Join Make Gahanna Yours at the Gahanna Sanctuary to enjoy a showing of The Polar Express. Bring your picnic blanket and come dressed in your pajamas. You'll be treated to hot! hot! hot! hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies. Just like in the movie!

 

Be sure to stick around after the show for a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus!
