recipes appeals to you then so will Visit Gahanna’s Herb’n Restaurant Week (May 1-7, 2022).
Diners will reap the rewards through main dishes, creative cocktails and decadent desserts all
created to speak to the palette and the senses.
“Herb’n Restaurant Week was created by Visit Gahanna to highlight the city’s ‘Herb Capital of
Ohio’ designation and to build excitement for Gahanna’s popular Herb Day festivities on May 7,”
said Lori Kappes, Executive Director of Visit Gahanna. “We’re thrilled to have a number of
Gahanna’s signature locations participating with delicious menu items.”
True herb enthusiasts can dine at a different Gahanna Herb’n Restaurant Week eateries that
week and end the evening with a beverage from Visit Gahanna’s Herbal Cocktail Trail
Passport. Finish out the week by attending the Herb Day celebration and shopping from
among hundreds of varieties of fresh herb plants for the garden or home cooking.
Participating restaurants and their Herb’n Restaurant Week Specials will include:
101 Beer Kitchen - Lemon Chicken - parmesan breaded chicken breasts, red potatoes, pesto
green beans & creamy lemon herb sauce.
Barrel & Boar - Roasted Rainbow Carrot Hummus - maple bourbon, thyme butter, cornbread
crumble served with pita.
Pulled chicken sandwich with a roast vegetable/ratatouille “salad,” provolone, and fresh basil pesto aioli with a side choice.
Lola & Giuseppe’s Trattoria - Herb’n Restaurant Week Special - Gnocchi with sausage and
spring vegetables in a sage butter sauce.
Sexton’s Pizza - Fresh mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, fresh basil.
Donna’s Delicious Dozen - Feelin' Fruitylicious Donut Sundae - vanilla icing topped with a
scoop of vanilla ice cream, fruit pebbles, and strawberry drizzle
Blank Slate Coffee - Lavender Latte
101 Beer Kitchen - Lavender Blueberry Lemonade Cocktail - Wheatly Vodka infused with fresh
lemon juice, lavender, blueberries & vanilla bean, served over ice with fresh blueberries.
