It's an action-packed end of summer in Gahanna with many fun events for you and your family to enjoy now through August! Learn more about the upcoming events below and mark your calendars for summer fun.
Spring & Summer Herbal Cocktail Trail - Now-August
Say hello to Summer flavors! The 2023 Spring & Summer Herbal Cocktail Trail is in full swing. Visit Gahanna, (the Gahanna Convention and Visitors Bureau), is thrilled to work with eight local establishments to feature eight NEW mouthwatering seasonal herb-infused cocktails worthy of the city's Herb Capital title!
Now through August, visit our partner establishments in the Herbal Cocktail Trail Passport, buy the featured cocktail, and receive a passport stamp. Once you’ve received at least six stamps, bring your passport to the Visit Gahanna Visitor Center (110 Mill Street, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.) and redeem your passport for an Herbal Cocktail Coaster Set.
Pick-up the Spring & Summer Herbal Cocktail Trail Passport at any participating establishment, at the Visit Gahanna Visitor Center and Ohio Herb Center Gift Shop, or click here to download and print your own.

Gahanna Farmers Market - Wednesdays through September from 4-7pm
If you love shopping for food and goods locally, be sure to visit the Gahanna Farmers Market! The market is held on Wednesdays now through September from 4pm-7pm at the Gahanna Sanctuary Gallery at 82 High Street and the adjacent community parking lot at High Street and Town Street.

Midweek at the Creek - 7/19
Get ready for another exciting week of music during the Midweek at the Creek free concert series! Enjoy live music from local bands in the beautiful Creekside Plaza on Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm this summer. On Wednesday, 7/19 enjoy listening to Tim Owings on the front plaza. Cinema Under the Stars - 7/28
Bring your family and friends to enjoy Cinema Under the Stars at Friendship Park at 150 Oklahoma Ave. on the last Friday of the Month, now through August! The event is sponsored by Tina Wedebrook, realtor at RE/MAX Connection.
The July Cinema Under the Stars will be held on Friday, July 28th at 7pm and will feature the movie "Jungle Cruise". The fun starts at 7pm with yard games, crafts, and other great activities to enjoy before the movie plays on the big screen. The movie will start once the sun goes down. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to find a spot on the hill at Friendship Park to watch the show! Food and drinks will be available to purchase from food trucks.
National Night Out - 8/1
Get ready for a fun evening of fun during National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1st from 6-8pm at Sunpoint Park at 670 McCutcheon Rd. in Gahanna. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement. This event serves to promote safer communities and will feature fun games and activities.
Midweek at the Creek - 8/2
It's the last week of the Midweek at the Creek free summer concert series at Creekside Plaza! Enjoy live music this Wednesday, 8/2 from 6-8pm from local band Change It Up Charlie on the front plaza. Columbus Symphony Orchestra: LIVE at Headley Park - 8/5
Get ready for an unforgettable night of music and entertainment by the Columbus Symphony on Saturday, August 5th at 7pm at Headley Park at 1031 Challis Springs Dr. in Gahanna. You won't want to miss this opportunity to experience the magic of one of the renowned orchestras in the State. The event is brought to you by the Gahanna Area Arts Council.

Gahanna Historical Society - Founders Day on 8/12
Save the date for a day of fun during their Founders Day Event by the Gahanna Historical Society at Gahanna's Historical Settlement at 106 S. High St. on Saturday, August 12th from 11am-2pm. Enjoy treat vendors, live music, stories, games, and contests during the Founders Day event.
Creekside LIVE - 8/18
The final Creekside LIVE concert of the season is happening on Friday, August 18th from 5pm-10pm on the Rotary Stage at the plaza with Opening Act: Chris Wedebrook and Headliner: Crooked Highway. Creekside LIVE is presented by Toyota Direct.

Touch a Truck - 8/26
Touch-A-Truck returns on Saturday, August 26th from 9am-1pm at Hannah Park at 6547 Clark State Rd. This popular community event showcases the vehicles and equipment that keep Gahanna running. Visitors can get up close, sit in, and explore a backhoe, bucket truck, garbage truck, fire truck, police cars, snowplows, tractors and more! Weather permitting, attendees may even get to see an Ohio State Highway Patrol helicopter land and take off. Gahanna Residents in Need (GRIN) will also be on site to accept donations of canned goods, nonperishable food, toiletries, and monetary gifts.
Taste of Gahanna - 8/27
The Gahanna Area Chamber will be celebrating the 26th Annual Taste of Gahanna on Sunday, August 27, 2023, 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Edison Brewing Company. This event aims to showcase the vibrant culinary scene in the Gahanna community and we have carefully curated a diverse lineup of restaurants and vendors. In addition to the wide sampling of food, guests can enjoy a night of live music and drinks while mingling with community members and friends. This is an event you will not want to miss!
